Equipment

3,unwinding tension use 4kw Taiwan vector frequency inverter control,
LPC system auto count,achieve unwinding tension automatic control.also can achieve positive/negative rewinding.
4,main machine driver is controlled by 2.2kw Taiwan motor vector frequency inverter control,

5,use airshaft for rewinding,tension use 4KW vector frequency inverter control,use PLC auto count the diameter of rewinding,achieve rewinding tension auto control.
6,rectify use LPC photocell auto rectify system,auto track side and line,ensure material position right.
7,inspection use frequency strobe automatic track pattern.auto sychronors strobe,achieve static picture to inspect.(frequency strobe: QLY04 light is from Germeny)
