General information

1.this machine is  widely used in multi-chromaticity printing for all assortments  of plastic(BOPP,PET,CPP,PE,NYLON,PVC),perper, aluminum foil etc. roll material.The max speed 180m/min（pringing speed depend on the material,oil and pringting requirments）

2.the machine control in close loop,four segment rubber rollers tension control,man-machine operate,intellective control system.easy to operate,control actully.

3.Main transmission structrure: adopts frequency motor,transferred by couple-shaft.it features reduce the noisy,line-speak is steady.

4.No-shaft cylinder fixing.use automatic and manual link to loap the printing cylinder,the cylinder pull chuck automatic clip the  plate ,horizontal side adjust by manal.it features: reduce the time of changing  cylinder,ensure uniform angle of cylinder , improve the quality of production.

5. Blade system: ink-feeding adopts pneumatic diaphragm pumps to cycle, blade travel is droved by low-speed synchronous decelerating motor, the blade is double shaft vertical three positon adjustable pneumatic type,whose angle and strength can be adjusted freely, and its pressure utilize double-cylinder, it is feature: easy to operate,ensure equanlity pressure

6. Embossing lifter system: Embossing system uses double cylinder synchronic up and down, use L type press air to ensure the stability of film tension, to avoid cylinder from air-leaking and dropping when stopping work. It features in guaranteeing for the uniform pressure and color-distinction printing.

7. register mechanical handle: longitudinal adjust adopts photocell examination and controlling feedback by micro-soft. Synchronic motor is adjusted by decelerating screw transmission to automatic register ; its main characteristic is driving smoothly and register accurately.

8.Unwinding and rewinding system,double work station in unwinding and rewinding,auto-cutting and automatic receiving materail.unwinding A/B, rewinding A/B and traction uses sevor motor or vector frequenty converter motor control in closed loop.feature:seven motor couple-shaft control,make tension much steadier ,reducing the weste material,reduce the cost.

9. Dry & cooling system: drying tunnel adopts centrifugal cycle blowing, inner of oven use double minus-pressure structure,the draught fan and blower separately,come out as vortex airflow in the surface of film.heater in the heat oven,in the front of blower,use the blower send the blower to each heat oven,ensure the ink dry well in one time,specially add the last color heat oven height,add bigger of power.whose temperature is controlled by intellective thermo-controller, air-cooling fixing in the outlet of drying tunnel to keep film cooling but not deforming and expanding, have separately exhaust-air strcuture in the two end of machine. Feature:resonable design,constant-temprature automatci control,big heating quantity,dry well,double cooling structure ensure film not deforming.

10,body of machine:high-strength low-stress iron wall board,percentage of solid parts is large,base board install separately,top of wall use same bardness cast to connect,big steel horizontal support and block.feature:low center of gravity,body steady,no connect,easy to operate.
