Our TB-1000-1800 Multi Functional Adhesive paper Coating Machine is widly used for making Adhesive paper, Label paper,adhsevie tape ,release paper ,Glassine paper, Wet Laminating reels ETC.There are two coating type, Doctor blade coating and rotogravure coating fixed on the coating head .
Suitable Material:
The machine is mainly suitable for reel -type substrate coating production.The material such as :
Paper ,Opp ,Alumium,CPP ,PET ,Bopp ,Fabric ,ETC .
Main characteristics:
1,Heating oven could be opened by hydraulic,The guide roller in the oven was driving synchronous with host machine
2,HMI ,Man and machine face to face interface touch screen.
3,High precision auto edge position correction system,Rewing roll will have high precision edge neat
4,With inflammable gas detecting alarm (select for solvent glue );
5,NON-Stop Machine station(Optional)
6,Double layers cycle drying oven, Both sides coating could be finished in One step. (Optional)
7,Each heating section is controlled independent. .
8,Current output type temperature control system makes heating quicker and electricity saving
9,Rewinding controlled by auto diminishing taper tension,it could avoid the materials damaged
10,Machine should be installed on firmly cement ground, need no special foundation, fix expansion bolt on key parts

it is a big printing machine,We can let our engnieer teach and train your operator hand by hand when our engnieer install the machines in your factory. but that time is not long,maxmum 6 days.if you need experience operator from china. you can let us kown.we can supply the experience operator to you,sallary you and operator discuss face to face.
3.After Sales Service
Our machine guarantee time is one year.
We will send many easy broken spare parts in the tool box together with machines.
If any parts broken ,please take a pictures or a videos to us.
We will help you to change it.
